Katie has been an amazing support in my health journey. With a busy schedule I was nervous about keeping up with PT in addition to life but she has a practical approach which makes even a small amount of exercises over time well worth it. She is professional but also personable. I look forward to our appointments because I know she wants the best for me!

Jennie is a great listener and she is good at recommending solutions. Anytime I had even a small issue with an exercise, she offered helpful cues to improve my form or offered alternative exercises. I am entirely pleased with the outcome of my course of therapy.

I highly recommend Katie at Cultivate Your Wellbeing for anyone seeking pelvic floor therapy. Her expertise, kindness, and respect create an environment where you can truly feel comfortable and cared for. I'm so grateful for the experience and the positive impact it has had on my well-being.

Katie is a wizard! If you are postpartum this is a must. I came to her with high recommendation from my OB and was not disappointed. I had gone to another pelvic floor PT and left being told to do kegels. I have now consistently gone to Katie and felt better, found exercises, and gotten my life back.

I highly recommend Cultivate Your Wellbeing as an integrative part of women's health. Katie and Jennie provide tailored care in a safe and comfortable environment, ensuring individual needs are met and goals are progressive and achievable. Their care has made a difference in improvement of symptoms, and I felt heard and understood at each session.

Katie is wonderful! I had no idea what pelvic floor therapy was prior to meeting her and assumed that I just need to do more Kegels! To find out, that was actually the opposite of what I should have been doing! Her calm, kind and welcoming nature made what could have been an embarrassing situation so easy to navigate, and not embarrassing at all! Katie educated me on the range of possibilities that I had, what a treatment plan looked like for me with my busy schedule and provided a great deal of relief!

Katie is professional, personable, and at ease. She really asks a lot of questions, and makes great suggestions. Katie’s office if conveniently located in Mequon, and making an appointment was easy. She really takes time to get to the source of your issues, and is very helpful whether it be physical therapy, lifestyle changes, or exercises. She really simplifies things. Above all, she is really funny, and makes you feel at ease about a sometimes sensitive issue. I highly recommend Katie and Cultivate your Wellbeing!

Going to Katie for PT changed my life! I am an active and adventurous person but for year I was suffering from an injury at the site of my C-section. I had seen a general surgeon who told me everything was fine even though I was in so much pain doing simple movements such as getting up from sitting or laying on my stomach. My muscles had gotten weak and the pain was so bad that I couldn’t even go for a simple walk around the block with my family. After just a few sessions with Katie daily life tasks weren’t painful anymore and I was able to slowly workout. She was the listening ear and the voice of confidence and grace that I needed to begin healing. A few months after seeing her I was back to my adventurous self and able to be present with my family.

Katie Tredo is an outstanding physical therapist! Kaite's high level of expertise was made clear to me within the first 10 minutes of conversation that we had and was born out from ensuing experiences. Katie is both very intelligent, and very compassionate, - two traits that, unfortunately, do not always co-exist.
My therapy with Katie could not be described as anything but a resounding success and it has significantly and positively impacted the quality of my life. I highly recommend Katie for anyone in need - I know, from experience, that you will not be disappointed in having made that choice. Rather, you will count your self as fortunate for having done so.

Katie Tredo is exceptional at what she does. When I was treated by her for pelvic floor therapy due to severe tightness, the work did not feel invasive or embarrassing at all, but rather I was at ease and learned so much about caring for my body.
Before the pelvic floor therapy, I wasn’t able to even tolerate routine medical exams or enjoy intimacy with my partner. That is no longer the case and it is all thanks to the work that Katie did with me to improve my pain related to my pelvic floor. I am just about pain free now in relation to pelvic floor.
She is so kind, makes you feel like the only patient that she has and really explains all that she is doing and how to apply it at home. I would recommend 100%!

Several years ago I began experiencing pelvic floor pain. At the time I had no idea what that was. I went from doctor to doctor. They either brushed me off by sending me to another doctor or sent me for endless tests that ended up nowhere. At times the pain was so bad I couldn't even stand. I was going down a deep hole of depression and loneliness because no-one knew what I was talking about. I took matters in my own hands and did some research. I found Katie!!! The first visit I had with her changed my life. She understood, she listened, and she validated everything I was feeling. Since then she has helped me maintain a healthy lifestyle. She is always available for questions or concerns. Katie is a professional but also kind, caring, and understanding. I would highly recommend Katie for treatment. She is the absolute best!

I'd been experiencing severe pelvic and lower back pain for months. I was also getting frequent UTIs, which was unusual for me. After seeing my OB/GYN, I was referred to Katie Tredo, for pelvic physical therapy. I started seeing Katie once a week over three months. We discussed all my physical issues as well as my GI issues. This can be an embarrassing topic for women but Katie made me feel extremely comfortable. She discussed my eating habits and indicated how GI problems can affect the pelvic area. Treatments included internal and external soft tissue massage, dry needling and exercises. By the end of my therapy, the pelvic and lower back pain was completely gone and I haven't had any UITs since before starting therapy. With her guidance, I changed some of my eating habits and added certain supplements to my diet to benefit my GI tract. After the completion of my therapy, Katie continued to follow up with me, through texts, to see how I was feeling. I am extremely happy with the results of my therapy and would highly recommend Katie Tredo to anyone experiencing similar problems.
