Katie graduated from Washington University in St Louis with her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2005 and has specialized in pelvic floor physical therapy since 2009. Katie was in the first cohort of physical therapists to earn their Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Program. She has participated in extensive continuing education in the areas of pelvic floor rehabilitation, visceral manipulation, trigger point dry needling, neural manipulation, muscle energy techniques, functional and integrative medicine, and more. After 13 years in this speciality, Katie is more passionate than ever about empowering women and men in overcoming pain and pelvic dysfunction and discovering the root causes underlying these conditions. She has been very fortunate to live and work in many regions of the US, participate in extensive continuing education, work with incredible patients, and meet some amazing mentors and teachers along the way. Outside of the clinic Katie enjoys traveling, hiking and going on adventures with her husband and three children.
Jennie graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2020 from Marquette University in Milwaukee. She had an immediate interest in pelvic health and has been specializing in this area of PT since graduation. Jennie is passionate about continuing education and has additional training in pelvic floor treatment, visceral manipulation, pelvic congestion treatment, birth doula training, and fertility treatment. As a birth Doula, Jennie combines her skills of physical therapy and doula training to optimize strength and mobility during pregnancy, help women achieve a more efficient labor and delivery, and a stronger postpartum recovery. Jennie obtained her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) this past spring. She loves helping patients learn more about their bodies and empowering them to take control of their own wellbeing. In her free time, Jennie enjoys reading any book she can get her hands on, cooking new recipes, and traveling with her husband.
Andrea has her Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and worked in adult and pediatric clinical research prior to joining Cultivate Your Wellbeing. Her hobbies include running, traveling, and spending time with her husband and 4 children.
