Workshops & Community Events

Education is a core part of what we do at Cultivate Your Wellbeing. 

We regularly host workshops and participate in community events to help people better understand their pelvic health and feel empowered in their bodies.

Healthy Period Workshop

Sunday April 19

2:00pm - 3:00pm


Whitefish Bay Library-Upstairs Program Room


Gather with women and young girls for an educational workshop focused on period health and well-being, followed by a service project to create Period Kits for women and girls who do not have regular access to period products.  This workshop is for girls who have already had human growth and development at school or a detailed conversation about what a period is with their caregiver. 


Cost: FREE. If you are able, consider signing up to donate panty liners, pads, tampons, or overnight pads on our Sign Up Genius (will send in email). Donation is appreciated but not required for participation.
