Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Our doctors of physical therapy and certified pelvic health specialists 

provide pelvic health physical therapy in Mequon, WI, serving the 

Northshore and surrounding communities.


We take a whole-body, evidence-based approach to treat pelvic pain, 

bladder and bowel concerns, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and 

core dysfunction. We also support pediatric patients with concerns such 

as constipation, bladder issues, and bedwetting. We understand the 

sensitive nature of pelvic health and are committed to helping you feel comfortable, supported, and heard every step of the way.


Your treatment may include hands-on care, individualized exercise, 

and techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling,  cupping, or visceral 

work—always selected based on your needs and goals.


We provide care for individuals of all genders and are committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for everyone.

Pilates

Pilates is a full-body approach to movement that focuses on strength, coordination, flexibility, and posture through controlled, intentional exercises.


Our therapists incorporate Pilates principles into physical therapy sessions to support your individual goals. We also offer one-on-one Pilates sessions for those who want to build on their progress, use the reformer, or continue 

strengthening beyond physical therapy. Many patients choose to use Pilates as a bridge between rehabilitation and returning to group exercise.


Pilates sessions are available individually 

or in discounted packages.
